All appointments require a non refundable 50% deposit in order to be booked. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT. The deposit will be applied to your balance on the day of your appointment. Deposits are transferable once if you need to reschedule; however, your deposit will not be transferable in the case of a last minute cancellation or a reschedule request less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, or last minute cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Also, there is a 10 minute grace period, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the 50% fee. Clients who no call/no-show will not be able to book an appointment in the future.
